The admin manages everything, including other people's accounts. Add the owner and staff after setup in Menu → Accounts. Your details stay on this server.
Create an API key at openrouter.ai/settings/keys. It's encrypted at rest on this server. Setting a credit limit on the key is recommended.
AI usage is billed by OpenRouter as prepaid credits. Card details are entered on OpenRouter's own payment page — Sentinel never sees or stores them.
Enter your username or email. If your account has an email address, we'll send you a link to choose a new password.

Choose what Frigate looks for. Detected objects create events and clips, appear in analytics, and can be counted live by zone (e.g. people at the bar, dogs in the dog park).
Recording customers' conversations can be a legal risk for a business. If you keep sound on, put up a “video and audio recording” sign. Changing this restarts Frigate.
Saving restarts Frigate (about a minute); live view and recording pause briefly.
Draw a line across a doorway or gate to count people (and dogs) coming in and going out. Draw it on the floor, across the full width of the opening, slightly in from the door so people are clearly on one side or the other. The arrow points to the “in” side. Counts appear in Analytics, and the assistant can answer questions like “How many customers came in today?”
Click the two ends of the line on the picture.
Ask the assistant (“Let me know when Sam gets here”, “Show my alerts”, “Cancel the taco alert”), or set them up here.
Alerts you when a person is seen on the cameras while QuartHaus is closed (from the business hours below, with a buffer for staff opening and closing up). Recognised staff faces are ignored.
Shows live counts (no video) and the weather on quarthaus.com. Counts update every minute; dogs lying still are counted with a full-resolution scan every 5 minutes while open.
Clips kept forever, for incidents, insurance or the police. Normal recordings are deleted after a few days to make room; these never are. Keep a clip with the Keep button under any clip, or ask the assistant (“keep that clip, the dog bite at 7:40”).
For sharing footage (social media, insurance) without showing bystanders. Blur faces also covers the head area of every detected person, so turned-away or small faces are covered too. Always check the result before sharing.
